Are you are Sprint customer and have been unable to get or keep a signal for more than 10 minutes at a time? Well you're not alone. Have you been paying a monthly premium for 4G service and haven't seen anything remotely close to 4G? Have you shelled out big bucks for a 4G phones even though you don’t get 4G service? Well you and tens of thousands of other angry Sprint customer may finally get some vindication! We are currently in the process of speaking to attorneys to combine forces and file a nationwide class action lawsuit.

When Sprint rolled out their 4G service “with great fanfare” they toted themselves as the first and only carrier that provided 4G wireless access from a national carrier. Sprint can now proudly say that they are the first 4G carrier to offer a FAILED 4G Network. After months and even years later, several of Sprint's 'so called' 4G markets are extremely slow, constantly fail, break down or simply don't work at all.

As a result of Sprint's epic 4G failure, their 3G service has also taken a turn for the worse. Because they have to bring their 3G towers down to switch over, customers that once had spotty service at best now find themselves with no service or constantly roaming and unable to access voicemail or data services such as internet or text messaging. Some customers even report not being able to get a voice signal to be able to call 9-1-1 in an emergency. In fact, Sprint recently acknowledged that "all towers in the Indianapolis area were down" and that it was "unknown when service would be restored."

Sprint currently has 4G coverage in only only 53 markets in 22 states, and many of these markets are not even located in major urban areas. In California, for example, Sprint only offers 4G service in the cities of Merced, Modesto, Stockton and Visalia. Major cities like Indianapolis Indiana does not have 4G service and lately has had no service for days at a time because of consistent tower issues.

Since the creation of this site and initiation of legal action against Sprint we have heard from thousands of angry Sprint customers from around the country. The purpose of this Sprint 4G class action lawsuit will be brought on behalf of all individuals or entities who have failed to receive 4G service even tough they have paid for it through "hidden fees" or so called "enhanced data fees". Other items such as Failure to provide adequate and dependable service, posing a danger to community safety, fraud, deceptive marketing practices and other charges will be brought against Sprint.
